How Long Will My Order Take?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24-72 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! We ship out Monday-Friday and on Saturdays when Monday is a holiday.

Domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office ATL Candle Co. has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
My Address Is Wrong! I Just Placed My Order. How Do We Fix This?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us immediately at atlcandleco@gmail.com so we can adjust it before shipping out your order!
Is It True You use Hemp Oil In Your Soap?
Yes we do! Not all of our soap have it though. Right now the only signature soaps that do are Whitechapel and Monteverde. We love the feel it gives to the soap and will use it more in the future.
Are All You Products Inspired By Horror Movies And Dark Subjects?
No they are not. Honestly most of us have been surprised many of you have caught on to the ones that are. We like to be subtle with the names of most of our products and hint at the inspirations for some fun.
What Wax Do You Use?
The wax used in our luxury and signature candles is a proprietary blend made up of soy, coconut with small amounts of beeswax. Our concrete base candles are a proprietary blend of
paraffin and beeswax.
